If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can return the goods without any reason within 30 days of receiving them, please call our support team to obtain an RMA number and return instructions to ensure a smooth return process.

Return standard

The chair shall not be damaged due to use or collision.

The chair damaged by the buyer due to misuse, negligence, alteration, or other man-made reasons will not be returned or replaced.

The returned chair must be a brand-new product without use or pollution. The price tag shall not be removed, which will not affect the secondary sales.

Return process

Apply for return. After you receive the goods, you can log in to the website and contact us by phone or email to submit the return application.

Fill in the reason for return or replacement. Please specify the products you need to return, reasons, quantity, return instructions, and upload the voucher.

To be reviewed by customer service. After you submit the return and replacement application, the customer service review is expected to take 1-2 working days.

Please note that returns without RMA (Return Authorization) numbers are not acceptable. No return without prior communication will be accepted. Refunds will be made through the same payment method used when purchasing, and we will not charge any replenishment fee.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order within 30 minutes of placing the order. We will process your order cancellation request within 24 working hours. After the cancellation is successful, the refund will be returned to your payment account.

When will the refund arrive?
